FLASK BOX TILTING MACHINE

The poured flask is fed along the roller conveyor to the tilting device. In the tilting Device, the operator fixes the flask with a stopper from longitudinal displacement during tilting, presses the box against the upper flange of the flask and fixes its position with 2 stops.

On the tilting Device, the flask is raised and then overturned. When the flask is turned over, sand and castings are poured into the vibration knockout.
